Regularly wash your hair with lukewarm to cold water so that your scalp will be clean and healthy. But avoid washing hair too frequently.

Don’s rub wet hair vigorously it will lead to breakage. Avoid brushing wet hair for the same reason.

To prevent hair losses due to breakage you should condition your hair regularly.

It will put pressure on the root if you tie your hair tightly all the time and it causes hair to fall.

Avoid chemical treatment, perming, straightening and ironing to hair because it causes hair damage.

Red meat is having DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) activator and therefore aggravates hair loss, so try to avoid it and Include more of Green Tea and Soya in your diet since these are natural DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) inhibitors and therefore it helps to control hair loss.

Add Pumpkin Seeds (Sun-dried or roasted) in your daily intake, it will help you to control hair loss.

Deficiency of Iron is the main cause for hair loss. Spinach is a great source of Iron, Protein, vitamin A and C, It also contents sebum which will be the natural conditioner for hair and also provides omega 3 acid, magnesium, potassium.
